Eligibility Requirements

Pay-in-4 is available to qualified businesses only. Review the requirements below before applying.

Established Business

Your business must be operational for at least 6 months with verifiable revenue. Startups and pre-launch ventures do not qualify.

Qualifying Project Scope

Payment plans are available for mid-to-large build projects. Smaller builds typically require payment in full.

Valid Payment Method on File

A valid credit or debit card must be on file before work begins. All scheduled payments are processed automatically.

Approval at Our Discretion

All applications are reviewed individually. BuildTech reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify terms based on project scope and business profile.

Meeting the requirements above does not guarantee approval. Final eligibility is determined after application review.

How Our In-House Payment Plan Works

Apply

Submit a brief application with your business details. We review revenue history and time in operation. Decision provided within 24 hours.

Terms Set

If approved, we finalize your project scope and payment schedule. Four equal installments aligned to project milestones. Terms are fixed before work begins.

Work Begins

First payment collected. Project kicks off immediately. Subsequent payments due at each milestone. Work pauses if a payment is missed.

4

Launch

Final payment collected at project completion. Site goes live only after full balance is cleared. No exceptions.

Pay-in-4 is offered at BuildTech's discretion. Approval is not automatic. Late or missed payments may result in project suspension, delayed launch, or termination of the agreement. This is not a loan—no interest is charged when payments are made on schedule.

Monthly Not-To-Exceed Change Budget

Each plan includes a monthly time budget for edits/updates. When included time is used, work pauses until next month or continues only with your approval. No surprise charges.

Fair Use Policy

  • • Standard edits: text, photos, links, banners, hours, pricing updates, minor layout tweaks.
  • • New pages, redesigns, custom features, and complex integrations are quoted separately.
  • • Requests completed within turnaround time based on plan.

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits and scheduled payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel mid-project, payments already collected will not be returned. This covers time, resources, and deliverables completed up to that point.

2. Automatic Billing Authorization

By enrolling in Pay-in-4, you authorize BuildTech Solutions to automatically charge the payment method on file for each scheduled installment. Payments are processed on the dates specified in your signed agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and funded.

3. Work Pause on Failed Payment

If a scheduled payment fails, work on your project will pause immediately. We will attempt to process the payment up to two additional times over 48 hours. If payment still cannot be collected, your project will remain paused until the balance is cleared. Timelines may shift as a result.

4. Deliverables Withheld Until Paid

Final deliverables—including website launch, file transfers, and admin access—will not be released until full payment is received. Your site will not go live, and no project assets will be transferred, until the total balance is cleared in full.

5. Project Termination

If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, BuildTech reserves the right to terminate the project. In this case, no refunds will be issued for work already completed, and partial deliverables may be forfeited. We will provide written notice before any termination.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Florida. By proceeding with a payment plan, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

These terms apply to all Pay-in-4 payment plans. Pay-in-Full clients are subject to standard project agreements. Full terms will be provided in your signed project agreement before work begins. If you have questions, contact us before enrolling.
